My 5-year-old nephew asked for a Space party to celebrate his birthday. Boys always are boys 😁 After some research we couldn't find a lot of beautiful inspiration so I decided to make our own and make this beautiful space-themed party.
Look for yourself! How do you think we did?
Decorations
Sources:
For decorations, we bought this outer space balloon kit and made this magnificent garland. It was so much easier to make than I originally thought. And the kit had everything we needed.
What space party could be without stars? This star garland was so cute and added unforgettable charm to the table with food, covered in black starry glitter cloth.
You could also try to make the star garland by yourself if you have a Cricut machine, but we felt that it's much easier to get a pre-made one.
Food

For food, we had a lot of healthy options, plates with strawberries, grapes, and of course cupcakes and a cake! The cake is a show stopper for sure!
We also made berry greek yogurt granola parfait in these cute mini dessert cups. I followed this recipe for it. That was such a big hit!
Everything was served on specially themed plates for this outer space birthday party. This party pack was so perfect for it along with black paper straws.
We got a cake from the local bakery and my sister made these gorgeous galaxy cupcakes that took Instagram by storm.

What kid wouldn't enjoy goodie bags? Here is a list of what contained our goodie bags.

And of course, the hit of the party was this outer space pinata. The kids were so excited! I would call this outer space birthday party a huge success!
