Screened-in-porch is finally done! And we can enjoy the summer in this cozy place.

One Room Challenge has been quite an adventure. 8 weeks to completely refinish this patio. I'd say it's 90% done.

Special thanks to better homes and gardens and One room challenge for this adventure. I'm so happy with the outcome. Thanks for challenging me to complete this beautiful screened-in-porch. Now I have an amazing place to enjoy hot summer nights.

Before

Before we dive into the new look of the porch, let's remember how terrifying it looked before.

It looks quite sad, isn't it?

The screened-in porch in its glory!

What do you think?

Update: I added a West Elm-inspired outdoor console table that I made a few weeks later as a part of this set.

This is the design board that I made before I started this project and I think it's almost everything how I planned.

Final mood board 😉
  • Couch: a DIY outdoor sectional sofa
  • Coffee table: DIY tile table
  • Outdoor console: DIY console table
  • Rug: Outdoor Aztec rug
  • Side table: terracotta patio accent table
  • Planter: ceramic planter (similar here)
  • Tomato: in a fabric pot
  • Macrame: DIY spring macrame
  • Concrete long tray
  • Quinn stoneware planter
  • Yellow pillow
  • Orange pillow: similar here
  • Pouf: similar here

I can't wait to have a glass of wine on the couch and enjoy the sunset! Who wants to come visit me?:D

April
